The need for a simple UI and user-friendly results is amplified in a mobile device. Mobile search should return only a handful of results with a high accuracy and be focused on answers and not lists of links. This change of focus requires semantic search engines that ‘understand’ the meaning of words and content, rather than merely matching keywords.
