Whether you call it the real-time web or Now Media, the latest buzz on the tech circuit is the trend toward instant information. The trend has been publicly bandied about this summer, from industry get-togethers to advice from well known Investors. That there is a serious trend is on the rise is not surprising by those following Twitter's rise in usage and media popularity.

Twitter has been called the new global water cooler. It’s a place where people are quick and eager to share thoughts in 140 characters or less.

For many, online opinion has turned into a kind of virtual currency that can make or break any product. Social networking, along with the rise of instant updates such as Twitter, has given way to an explosion of information that centers on individual feelings and opinion.

With the exponential growth of content, services, and users of the Web, it’s increasingly difficult to find for what you are looking for on the Web using the traditional keyword search methods on contemporary search engines.

While cloud computing providers do not claim to me invincible, they do know that their entire reputation rides the effectiveness of their security.  However even the most secure provider, the one equipped with the best hardware, software, procedures and brains that money can buy, can be at risk once customers open up all the port that are carefully closed by default.
